Project-  Le maison de la plage

Location- Mooloolaba, QLD
RESIDENTAL

Bespoke interior design and surface renovations

Through considered spatial planning and layered material refinement, the apartment was elevated from a standard offering into a refined European-inspired coastal residence, repositioning its market value from approximately $1.1M to $1.4M.

Mineral paint finishes were introduced throughout to create tonal depth and cohesion between spaces. The open-plan living area was reconfigured to support multifunctional living, integrating a quiet work zone, yoga space and relaxed lounge while maintaining a calm, restrained atmosphere.

Key Interventions

• Kitchen upgraded with matte black cabinetry.

• Custom American oak desk, bench seating and shelving, intentionally distressed to introduce character and warmth.

• Layered mineral finishes, natural textiles and considered styling to create softness and flow.
