Returns and Refund - 14 Day Return Policy
 

We understand that occasionally you may want to return your items and are more than happy to accommodate this. We offer  14  days free return or exchange  within Australia . 

The Interior Temple 14 day return policy covers all non-commercial purchases made through The Interior Temple website.
This policy covers all customers not satisfied with the quality or condition of our goods.
For overseas customers you are responsible for the cost of your return shipping. Please read our Returns Policy below.

• Item(s) must be in original condition and original packaging, including any packaging

• Item (s) must be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. 

• We offer a full refund, Exchange, or store credit if goods reach us as described above. 

If a refund is requested please request in writing to isha@theinteriortemple.com in this 14 day period, The Interior Temple will refund the purchase price of the goods and your account should be credited within 5 business days. This timeframe may be extended slightly during holiday and promotional periods. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.

To ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible, please write your return confirmation number clearly on the front of the package, or on a piece of paper inside.
Your refund does not include return delivery charges from shipping charges.

Please note that custom, made-to-order products  are not available for returns or exchanges.

You the customer are responsible to ensure that returned items are returned safely. The Interior Temple takes no responsibility for lost or damaged Goods and the Customer will be solely liable for the shipment cost of the return.

Clearance Sale Products

Any items purchased during a clearance sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty by Saardé.

 

Damaged or faulty goods.We pride ourselves on the quality of our partners and our own products, in the unlikely event of damaged or faulty goods, please get in touch with us at The Interior Temple upon receiving within 2 days of receiving item and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible for you.
