By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
 

1. Services & Use
The Interior Temple provides interior design services, including styling, full home renovations, and new build or refresh projects. You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only.
 
2. Payment
All services must be paid in full as agreed. We accept direct debit or other approved payment methods. Full payment grants access to deliverables but does not transfer copyright unless explicitly stated in writing.
 
3. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, drawings, renders, mood boards, and other materials (“Deliverables”) remain the property of The Interior Temple. Clients receive a limited license to use Deliverables only for the intended project. Sharing, reselling, or distributing materials without written permission is prohibited.
 
4. Portfolio & Marketing
We may document and showcase completed projects or deliverables for marketing purposes unless the client objects in writing.
 
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project information, cooperate with scheduling, and respect intellectual property rights. Clients are responsible for any third-party approvals, permits, or licenses required for the project.
 
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Interior Temple is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of our services or deliverables. You acknowledge that design outcomes may vary due to client choices, materials, or execution.
 
7. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion. Termination does not affect rights already accrued or obligations under these Terms & Conditions.
 
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
