This beach house was styled for sale. We utilised so much of the existing furniture that existed and bought in some key items that the clients wanted to bring to their new home and were happy to invest in. This project was dual in nature as I was working within this space to elevate it whilst designing with the new property in mind, so that anything we invested in would work with the new architecture and layout.

Beyond that the main investment were plants. My approach to property styling is to work predominately with what we have. When preparing for sale the number one investment I always recommend is plants. They add life and can subtly but powerfully evoke a feeling of being  'at home' and connected to nature and natural selves for potential buyers.

One fo the most powerful things of styling homes for clients who have never applied holistic interior design to their homes is how much they love it and go on to invest in their next home in a whole new way.
