Jackie wanted to create her forever home. She had had the place styled as a holiday rental  but was now ready to strip back and invest in beautiful earthy natural pieces that would fuse her old Melbourne world with a more relaxed coastal feel. I particularly wanted to highlight her beautiful art and existing treasured items collected over the years  by subtly bringing tones from these into the selected furniture & soft furnishings.  We added a beautiful pure wool chunky looped rug with subtle blue and pink tones . We custom made large vessels that referenced a touch of tribal and the feminine  form. Soft natural luxurious linen throws and cushions finished the look and helped to achieve a beautifully balanced space. Jackies home is a dream project , it is slow living at it's best as we continue to address each space and room with thoughtfully curated pieces in line with her budget and needs weaving  her 70 years into her home and life. I love Jackie.
